This was my first ebike purchase so I was really nervous, whilst researching I came across this and instantly fell in love with the look and design and was sure that my boyfriend would have agreed as I was going to gift him this for our anniversary present. The bike arrived in a few days and I had opted for the assembly option. An EEBicycle employee delivered the bike and he talked us through how the ebike operates. It was a fantastic experience. Since my boyfriend has been riding the bike, on the road, he has been gaining many compliments and passers-by have been intrigued as to where he has purchased it. I first came across EEBicycles, on my social feed. The pictures instantly impressed me. The fact the, ebike comes with dual Samsung battery was a win with me as I would be using the ebike in replacement of my car to save on fuel cost. I instantly placed a call to EEBicycles as I had a few questions and was delighted that all these were answered in a very professional manner. The bike assembly was straightforward as eebicycle provided an instruction manual and an unboxing video, which was very helpful and easy to follow. The bike comes fully loaded with a bike rack, which is handy, and I use this for my workbag. Overall, this is one of the best cost saving purchases I have made and works really well in hilly areas, which is a bonus!

Best looking ebike in town, I always get asked, “Where I bought this bike from”. I use it daily 10 -mile commute to work the front headlight is impressive. It has an excellent suspension and offers great comfort. The ebike comes with an alarm system, which deters most thieves or strikes a good conversation. Overall, it serves me well.

Amazed at how long the battery lasts on this bicycle, I hardly charge it and the batteries are the most powerful ones I have seen installed on an ebike. With pedal assist and dual batteries, it gave me over 120miles and it Charges in 4-5 hrs. I had a problem with starting it up at first however; the customer service quickly showed me step-by-step instructions. The build quality makes this ebike look the part.
