DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order with EEbicycles, we will charge your card. For any pre orders, we will charge your card as a reservation for your order. Alternatively, you can place a deposit and when the product is in stock, we will call or email you to update on lead times. Please note some orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, as our parts are worldwide.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
At EEbicycles, we use various shipping companies after they are picked for delivery from our distribution centre. Tracking details are sent to you via email once the item is shipped. Please note delivery address can’t be changed once items have been shipped. For any further queries please email us on info@eebicycles.co.uk Delivery is available between Mon- Saturday.
WHEN ACCEPTING DELIVERY?
Please inspect goods thoroughly and please report any damages with clear evidence of photos, if the box is damaged or seals have been open. Please email us within 24hrs if bike is damaged info@eebicyles.co.uk. Should you fail to notify us within 24hrs for any damages we will not be liable.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
When you have purchased from EEbicycles, you will have 14 days to return the product. You are entitled to a full refund provided there are no signs of usage and the product is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Our team will inspect the product upon return and notify you by email if a full refund is authorised. However if the product has been used we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Refund is conditional upon us receiving the return within 14days of the original delivery date.
Please note any cancelled orders placed after 12hrs of placing the order you may be charged additional fees if your order has been dispatched then you the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs with returning the item. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment used when placing the order. You will bear the cost of returning the item to us.
WARRANTY
When purchasing from EEbicyles we have a 12 months warranty for non-consumable parts. Subject to care and reasonable use of the bikes. Please note the braking system, Chain, cables and bulbs are regarded as consumables. These can be purchased from any bike shop and are not covered by the warranty. Motor and battery are covered by the warranty. The warranty is not transferrable.
